Every night.
By your own reasons.
Nightsboard counts every night and every flight of your year (hotels, Airbnbs, the second home, your partner's place) and sorts them by the reasons you pick. Status progress and your route map sit on the same board.
Every segment drawn. Brighter arcs are repeated routes. Demo data, past trips only.
Three moves. Then it runs itself.
Forward confirmations
Send flight and hotel emails to your private Nightsboard address, or set up one Gmail filter. We read the booking. We never ask for loyalty passwords.
Tag your places
Mark home, the lake house and your partner's city once. After that, nights there count on their own, including the ones with no booking email.
30 seconds, weekly
Every Sunday you get one email: here's your week. Tap ✓ if it's right, or fix a night with one chip.
Your reasons, not ours.
Work, vacation, family, partner's place, the lake house, a second job. Make any category you want. Nightsboard keeps a ledger for the whole year, so no night goes uncounted.
Status, on pace.
Balances and status are exact as of your latest program statement. Between statements, we count the nights and stays we've tracked toward your next tier. You'll see "3 nights to Gold" before the year runs out, not after.
We read the monthly statement and status emails airlines and hotels already send you, alongside your booking confirmations. No loyalty passwords, ever. Tier lines are program thresholds as we understand them today.
December writes itself.
Your whole year becomes a swipeable recap: miles, top route, longest trip, nights with your favorite person. Turn the arc map into a print-ready poster PDF. The recap is included with Plus. The poster is an add-on.

Your travel email is a lot to trust us with.
We keep facts, not emails
We extract dates, places and chains, then delete raw emails within 30 days. Card digits and loyalty numbers are stripped when we parse.
No passwords. No inbox access.
You forward what you choose. We never ask for airline, hotel or Gmail passwords.
Share safely
Public maps never show your home address or future dates. Anyone you name in a category stays private unless they agree.
Leave in one click
Export everything or delete everything at any time. Service emails and marketing emails are separate, and unsubscribing from one doesn't touch the other.
Questions at the gate.
How is this different from TripIt, Flighty or AwardWallet?
Those tools plan trips, track flights or read loyalty balances. Nightsboard accounts for every night of the year (hotel, Airbnb, family couch, second home), sorted by your own reasons, with status progress and a route map you'll want to share.
What about nights with no booking email?
Places you've tagged fill those in on their own, and the weekly check-in catches the rest. Anything still uncertain is labeled "unknown". We never guess silently.
Will my status numbers match the airline or hotel exactly?
Yes, as of your latest program statement. We read the statement and status emails airlines and hotels already send you, alongside your booking confirmations, so we never ask for loyalty passwords. Between statements, we show the nights and stays we've tracked toward your next tier.
Do I need Gmail?
No. Forwarding works from any email account. The Gmail filter just saves time. If your work account blocks auto-forwarding, you can forward by hand.
What happens to the $29 if Nightsboard doesn't launch?
You get a full refund. Founding seats are capped at 100.
Is the demo real?
Yes. It's one founder's real 2026 travel, anonymized: past trips only, names replaced, confirmation codes removed. The counts are real.
